BAD BLOGGER

I have been a very bad blogger lately, however it has not been entirely my fault. About three weeks ago, Andy decides he is going to work magic on our computer. Alas, the magic was that he deleted our video driver. I'm an sure he didn't do this on purpose, but we have been without the family computer for over three weeks. (no email addresses, no passwords, no pictures to scrapbook...you get the idea!) My good friend from Tucson gave me a computer before this all happened, but I didn't have all my stuff transferred over. My very smart brother-in-law was able to repair our PC without having to rebuild it and we picked it up last night. Today, I am a very happy girl!

My birthday came and went without much fanfare, which was okay. I have decided that as I get older the birthdays don't matter as much as they used to. Tommy has kept after me to give him ideas on what to buy me for a gift. and all I have said is that I want to run away for a few days. Well my wish is about to come true. Tommy and I are headed for the happiest place on earth! It has been about 5 to 6 years since I have been to Disneyland, and have never been to California Adventureland. I am so excited to go! My friend Wendi, and her husband just returned and she gave me the "skinny" on what to do in California Adventureland. Can't wait to ride the Tower of Terror and the roller coaster with the mouse ears. I so can't wait to have funnel cake, churros, and eat at our favorite Mexican restaurant that is actually outside of Disneyland park, "Los Santos." So, look for Disneyland pictures with the next post!

I love Disneyland - spiritual places aside it really is the happiest place on earth. I don't care how "adult" we become it is super fun. I love California Adventure, the scarier the better. Have a super time!

I'm so happy you get to go--way to go hubby--I know you weren't sure if it was going to happen, Marilyn. Will you be having breakfast with Cinderella?

Have fun on your trip! Some of our best memories are from Disneyland. But I don't think it is always the happiest place on earth! There were times I wanted to leave my kids on a ride and never come back! Watch some of the other parents faces, they don't always look happy! Kinda funny, tho!
