Yes, I finally finished painting! It took a gruelling 2 weeks and a sore body to finish, but it is done. Everything has been moved back, but no art work on the walls. Can't decide if I want to put up all the family pictures I had, or just go really simple with a few. I went to Ikea the other day to price book shelves and pick up some white, shear curtains. Got a great deal on the curtains, but I have to hem them, so they aren't up yet. I think I will wait on the bookshelves to see if I can use them in the "junk" room.
This week we are headed out to San Diego and Magic Mountain. No upside down rides for me, so I will be taking a book to read. Hopefully it will be cooler than here. Stay tuned for the next blog as I hope to post pictures from our little trip.
